This is a contemporary modern coffee table made from spectacularly grained quilted maple, walnut, and polished steel. The size is 40x40x17. The grain in the quilted maple in this table is three dimensional appearing, it looks like a silk scarf almost, super gorgeous. A custom commissioned table for you would be made from similar material that I would choose but it would of course never match exactly. We can also discuss using any other species of wood or alternative materials. The price of the table takes into account quilted maple which is quite rare and thus, expensive. The table is finished with a blend of tung oil and danish oil. A magnetic block of walnut hides on the back of the leg when not in use and when used lifts off the polished metal plate at the top of the leg to reveal a felt lined compartment to hide your treasures.
