How long will it take to make my furniture?
Most coffee table sized things and smaller are about 4 weeks to leave our studio and larger dining tables are about 6-8 weeks.
Do you ship to Canada or Europe?
We do! Please contact us and we will calculate the packing & shipping costs.
How is the furniture shipped?
Most pieces of furniture are shipped via Fed Ex. We will send you an email with a Fed Ex tracking number when the furniture ships. Most of our coffee tables are flat packed so it will arrive in two boxes, the top and the legs. This will require some simple assembly but its all pre-drilled and labeled if necessary. All you will need is a Phillips screwdriver and a wrist. Dining room tables & larger items are crated and shipped on a pallet. They will be delivered curbside.
My furniture arrived damaged, what should I do?
When you receive your package take a look at the outer packaging for damage and make sure your piece arrives in good order. We have had a less than 1% damage rate with FedEx so that’s good, but it does happen. Take photos, and send an email and we will figure it out.
Can I return my order?
All of our items are made to order so we generally don’t give refunds or exchanges unless it is a mistake we have made. This means when you make a purchase from us, we go and start to make this piece special for you, we don’t go pick it out of a warehouse stocked with hundreds of the same piece of furniture. Measure your space carefully, study the materials and finishes carefully, and make an informed purchase. Cancellations and returns are subject to a restocking fee. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover the costs to unpack, inspect, repackage, and store for future sales. Items damaged by the buyer may need repair and may be charged a higher restocking fee. Items that sell less than four times per year may be subject to up to 35% restocking fee for storage and resale costs. No refunds on custom orders (made special for you to unique specifications) that have been started or materials procured.
All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I take care of my furniture?
Rubio Monocoat Finish:
Mild soap and water on a damp rag (not dripping) is fine, but you don’t have to clean excessively, just dusting is fine until you have to wipe them down after heaver use.If you want branded soap, they have that too.
Do you offer to the trade or designer discounts?
We only offer discounts after we have received 5 orders within one year.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we do them all the time! Whatever you are dreaming, we can make as a custom piece. We work through a design process and model the piece in three-dimension on the computer before proceeding to production.
